hamlet is located 5 km from northern Hung Yen along National Highway
No 39A in Bao Khe ward, Kim Dong district. It lies along the dyke
of Red River which is full of silt strenghening fat soil of Northern
Delta with the area of 54,177ha including 172 households with 1,800
inhabitants |

| Typically,
Tien La Temple ranked national historical relics in 1982 by Ministry
of Culture and Information, worships Woman general Vu Thi Thuc in
the period of Hai Ba Trung general in 43 BC. Periodic religious celebration
is held from 3rd to 17th March (lunar calendar). Ms Dao Thi Khuong,
ancestor of incense, is memorized by every body in the village annually
on 21st and 22nd of August by holding feast. Cao hamlet, Trade village with 130 years continuously developing their product, has 172 households including 110 having the traditional job (incense) and was acknowledged as one of sixteen trade villages of Hung Yen province in 1984. Since 1996, many workshops have been taken place in order to dovelop potential product of incence to penetrate foreign market. Typically, a workshop was held in Cao hamlet by Hung Yen authorities aiming to create good conditions for trade village to develop and exploit themselves ability. |
